Product Usage:
This equipment is primarily applied to drilling and stamping of large-size, high-strength angle steel for transmission line towers. All holes on angle steel can be processed on this production line, featuring high hole quality, positional accuracy, as well as remarkable production efficiency and automation level.
Product Features:
High Automation Level :The production line is integrated with an automatic loading system (comprising a transverse feeding channel and a rotating loading frame), an automatic unloading mechanism, and an automated feeding device. This enables the complete processing of all holes and steel mark engravings on angle steel in a single pass through the production line, eliminating the need for manual intervention. As a result, it significantly reduces the labor intensity of operators.
(1) The frame and base plate are fabricated from high-grade structural steel (Q345) through welding processes. The entire machine complies with industry standards, including General Technical Conditions for CNC System of Machine Tools, Technical Conditions for Welded Parts of Forging and Pressing Machinery, Technical Conditions for Metal Cutting Machine Tools, and General Principles for Precision Inspection of Forging and Pressing Machinery.
(2) The welding quality of each component on the equipment adheres strictly to the requirements specified in JB/T8609. The length and spacing of intermittent welds are precisely controlled to ensure uniformity.
(3) Forged components undergo stringent quality control to ensure they are free from defects such as laminations, folds, cracks, sand holes, and voids.
(4) All welded metal components, as well as cast and forged parts (including the machine body, worktable, base, and cylinder block), are subjected to tempering treatment to effectively relieve internal stress.
(5) Critical forgings, welds, and castings are inspected using non-destructive testing methods to detect any internal defects or cracks. These components fully meet the relevant industry standards.
